Returns will only be accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged headscarf, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed and approved by our team, We will gladly assist you with a replacement, or store credit for the value of the item, or a refund (excluding shipping fees) upon receiving the item provided you meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags still attached.
