If you receive a damaged headscarf, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed and approved by our team, We will gladly assist you with a replacement, or store credit for the value of the item, or a refund (excluding shipping fees) upon receiving the item provided you meet the following conditions:
