Returns & Exchanges Policy :

We take great care to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. For your safety and satisfaction, we have specific policies for returning or exchanging hygiene-sensitive items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items **cannot be returned or exchanged** once they have been opened, worn, or used:
 

• Hijabs, scarves, Arm Sleeves, Neck and head coverings** (once worn or removed from packaging) or any items that come into direct contact with skin.

• Any other hygiene-sensitive products that are sealed for protection
   

• Returns will only be accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged headscarf, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed and approved by our team, We will gladly assist you with a replacement, or store credit for the value of the item, or a refund (excluding shipping fees) upon receiving the item provided you meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags still attached.

• You must provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

How to Request a Return for Defective Items:
